Tom Lattanand is a multifaceted producer, composer, and guitarist who has been a prominent figure in the San Francisco Bay Area music community since 1998. He currently serves as in-house studio engineer for Mickey Hart (musicologist, founder of Planet Drum, and drummer of the Grateful Dead). In this role Tom has worked with legendary artists including tabla master Zakir Hussain, percussionist Giovanni Hidalgo, soprano Renee Flemming, talking drum master Sikiru Adepoju, guitarist Steve Kimmock, bassist Dave Schools, saxophonist Dickie Landry, and many others. The Orange Room is a multi-use creative studio consisting of the control room, vocal booth, performance stage, and large room (The Orange Room). The large room functions as a dance studio, rehearsal space, photo & video studio, movie theater, and performance space with in-house sound system, lighting, and production amenities.
